Envisioned as a planned extension of the current Deoria town so that enterprise can be set up here, and social infrastructure, particularly for external people to come into Deoria, can be hosted. Devaranya's initial conceptual design is on a 2,000-Acre triangular piece of land, and is planned to be approached in a phase-wise manner.

This is a waterway envisioned on the Narayani river in Tamkhuhi which will ensure that there is export of goods, particularly non-perishable goods to international locations. Such an infrastructure will be used to export goods not just from Deoria but from other districts of
Uttar Pradesh around it.

Earth Space Station:
ISRO has inspected a piece of land in Sonughat that has been given in-principle technical approval to create a Deep Space Radar facility as well as Space Museum. This will likely be an investment which will give the rest of the investing community confidence to start their own investments. It will also create a space culture in the region in particularly and Uttar Pradesh in general.
Inaugrated by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and bordering Deoria Constituency, this airport will be critical for the development of the Lok Sabha. The planned operationalisation and upgrade of the airport will bring in international flights as well as a cargo terminal for the export of perishable produce from this region.
Kushinagar International Airport
This is infrastructure to enable investment from the Electronics and Defence industry, also anchored by the airport and the Earth Space Station.
