The Deoria Development Alliance (DDA) is a coalition of individuals, companies, and institutions that support the execution of Amrit Prayas over a 10-year horizon. Formed during a convening in March 2025, the Alliance plays a key role in shaping the vision and taking ownership of strategic areas that require collaboration and support. Guided by an informal board, the DDA provides strategic direction, unlocks partnerships, and ensures the core team has the backing needed to overcome challenges and deliver impact at scale.

Implementation Structure
Local strength and national partnerships working together to deliver Amrit Prayas.
DDA will implement Amrit Prayas through three complementary models — local, national and international collaboration — designed to bring the strategy to life in a way that is both grounded and scalable.
Local Collaboration focuses on the first three pillars: agriculture, agro-processing, and low-skilled manufacturing. These will be driven by district administration, SHGs, FPOs, and partners like Jagriti, using a bottom-up approach rooted in village-level execution.
International Collaboration invites global partnerships, international institutions, and cross-border investors to bring world-class innovation, advanced technologies, and global capital into Deoria. By aligning with global best practices, Amrit Prayas positions Deoria as a hub for international cooperation, unlocking scale, competitiveness, and inclusive growth.
National Collaboration will power the remaining three pillars: services, digital talent, and high-tech industries — as well as the five anchor projects. This model invites public-private partnerships, national institutions, and global investors to bring innovation, capital, and scale to Deoria.
